Welcome to my Website! I'm Sandy Fritz a world renown massage
therapist who dedicates my time to writing massage texts for
Mosby Publishing (Elsevier), educating, consulting, teaching, and
providing massage to a mixed clientele.

As a worldwide public speaker and stress management educator,
I provide programs for the public, in the corporate arena, and
with such diverse groups as kids on probation. My educational
program includes information on how massage can benefit the
individual, massage trends, what we can do for ourselves, and
how to choose effective professional support services in the
holistic health area.

I strongly endorse and recommend all schools and educators to
become members of the Alliance of Massage Education. It is my
belief that this organization will be the leading force of massage
education. After attending the conference, it is clear to me that
this organization, along with the Massage Research Foundation,
will be the leading force for the future of therapeutic massage.

All massage therapists need to read The Massage Therapy Body
of Knowledge document at www.MTBOK.org. This landmark
document has captured the current and future knowledge of our
profession and determined knowledge for entry level massage
therapy education.

I am proud that my textbooks Fundamentals of Therapeutic
Massage and Essential Sciences of Therapeutic Massage both
reflect the content of Body of Knowledge for Massage Therapy
and the curriculum at my school, Health Enrichment Center,
covers the Body of Knowledge content, too.

    Online Education

    Online education is here and it can be well
    done.  Susan Salvo and myself both write
    for Elsivier - Mosby and Saunders.  These
    courses are inexpensive when purchased
    with the books.  If you are a school owner,
    director, teacher you do not have to do
    anything-- it is all done for you. The books
    and the platform with all the good stuff like
    discussion boards, grade books, tests, etc is
    all there. It is web based so there is no
    need to buy any special soft ware.
